Who is the builder?

The luxury townhomes are built by Irwin Homes. Custom home options are available with Irwin Homes, Maric Homes, or Warkentin Custom Homes.

Can I view the show home?

How much of a deposit do I need to hold my new home?

A deposit of $25,000 is required to place a hold on the luxury townhomes and custom build lots.

What are the projected taxes?

Projected property taxes are approximately $4000.

Do I get to choose my own decorating selections?

Yes for all unfinished luxury townhomes, you will have the chance work with our professional interior designer for all selections.

Can I have a sunroom?

Yes, an option of a 3-season sunroom is available for the luxury townhomes.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed, remember this is not a condominium.

Is snow removal and landscaping included?

A service for snow removal and landscaping can be provided, if needed.

Are there condo fees?

There are no condo fees.

How big are the lots?

Lot sizes are approximately 40x147 feet, with end lots being larger irregular shaped lots.
